Talo Land Company has been developing projects in the Salt Lake Valley for the last 12 years and have completed over 20 projects in total.  Our philosophy is to make a good, quality home; one that is totally updated with the lastest, state-of-the-art components.  We personally plan the redesign of each project to include the refinishing of every surface, including the painting of sidewalks.
